What can you expect?

Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.

Time to work out playing tennis!

This session is a great way to stay fit, as well as practising your tennis skills. During this high energy class men can burn between 500-1000 calories in one class, and women can burn between 300 and 500 calories.

All equipment is provided so all you need to do is turn up!

60 minute sessions on Friday & Saturday.

You can book onto just one session or as many as you like!! Pick the days you can make.
